If you were just diagnosed you will want this book. I am so glad I purchased this book, it has given me so much information and I will refer back to it all of the time!.

My mother has recently been diagnosed with colitis. I checked out 5 or 6 books about colitis for her at the library and this is the only one she wanted to order.

This book is quite thorough and has a lot of comments by individuals suffering from the condition written about. (UC)I think it is definitely a "worthwhile read".
